Started my Carreer at P&G where I spend 16 years in roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s paper and coffee divisions in the U.S., Italy, and France, rising to associate director of R&D.
Then moved to PepsiCo to eventually lead the R&D Global Foods from 1996- 2009 and began my own Consulting Company CJB& Associates, after that Campbell Soup wanted to be my only client so, never say never, and I went back to the Corporate World as C-Suite Executive R&D Quality from 2013 to 2018.
Campbell’s acquired Garden Fresh Gourmet and I met Chef George.
So, it’s been quite a ride, CJB resurrected after retiring from Campbell and the fun started, we got major companies including Walmart, Popchips and Starbucks as well as startup companies and everything in between.

I grew up enjoying the cultural traditions associated with preparing and eating healthy, flavorful Greek Mediterranean cuisine. Developing a passion for heatlhy, plant-based cooking. I´ve been a vegetarian for 50 years and a chef for 45 years, my interest in yoga led me in the direction of vegetarianism.
Owned a vegetarian restaurant for over two decades and began writing and teaching, after a while I ended up as director of research and development for Garden Fresh Gourmet.

Campbell’s soup purchased Garden Fresh in 2015 where I developed vegan products and shared my plan-based food expertise and met Carlos.
