SAUTÉ PAN

From frozen:

1. Thaw burgers overnight in the fridge.

2. Remove from the package and place in a sauté pan with a small amount of oil on medium heat.

3. Cook each side for one and a half minutes to crisp the outside edges and to heat the burger to at least 165°F.

4. Serve as desired.

GRILL

From frozen:

1. Thaw burgers overnight in the fridge.

2. Remove from the package and place on a dish with one tablespoon of your favorite barbecue sauce, top with another tablespoon of barbecue sauce.

3. On a medium-hot grill, sear for a minute on each side until the burger reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.

Chef's Suggestion: We highly recommend to cook in the grill thawing the burger first.

BAKED

Instructions:

Cut 2 onions in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med + cook onions, stirring frequently 8-10 min until browned; season with salt/pep then add ¼ cup water; cover + cook 3-5 min until softened.

Meanwhile, heat a skillet with 1 tbsp oil over med-high, sear 4 burgers 1-2 min per side until browned + heated through.

Instructions:

MAC SAUCE
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar

Vegan beef / burger
4 flour tortillas
8 slices American cheese
1/2 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
